Hi, I just purchased a license and upgraded my installation from 2.2.8 to 2.3.9. I also have installed the Freshbooks Connector 1.0.4. After entering my freshbooks url and api key, I get a status of Connected, but when I try to do a Synchronize or Quick Sync, I get a loading bar that says synchronizing and that’s it. After serveral minutes I close and reopen Klok and try again.
I have tried enabling debug mode for the connector, but nothing is ever added to the log.
I have tried entering the Freshbooks URL as ‘https://mycompany.freshbooks.com or, as listed in the Freshbooks API screen: ‘https://mycompany.freshbooks.com/api/2.1/xml-in’, but no change.
My freshbooks account/api key is not the administrator, but I have also tried the administrator’s key with no change.
After several attempts at synchronizing, I started getting a startup message that ‘One of your plugins is corrupt’. I uninstalled the plugin, and restarted Klok but the message still persists.September 29, 2012 at 5:06 pm #1905AnonymousInactive
PLEASE fix this. I am having the same problem and there is another thread that describes this exact issue. The Freshbooks connector has been out since Klok2 was released and yet it is unusable?March 4, 2015 at 5:14 am #1906AnonymousInactive
