Hi, I just purchased a license and upgraded my installation from 2.2.8 to 2.3.9. I also have installed the Freshbooks Connector 1.0.4. After entering my freshbooks url and api key, I get a status of Connected, but when I try to do a Synchronize or Quick Sync, I get a loading bar that says synchronizing and that’s it. After serveral minutes I close and reopen Klok and try again.
I have tried enabling debug mode for the connector, but nothing is ever added to the log.
I have tried entering the Freshbooks URL as ‘https://mycompany.freshbooks.com or, as listed in the Freshbooks API screen: ‘https://mycompany.freshbooks.com/api/2.1/xml-in’, but no change.
My freshbooks account/api key is not the administrator, but I have also tried the administrator’s key with no change.
After several attempts at synchronizing, I started getting a startup message that ‘One of your plugins is corrupt’. I uninstalled the plugin, and restarted Klok but the message still persists.
September 29, 2012 at 5:06 pm #1905AnonymousInactivePLEASE fix this. I am having the same problem and there is another thread that describes this exact issue. The Freshbooks connector has been out since Klok2 was released and yet it is unusable?
