saving time sheets

Currently user can only save out as an excel file. this does not work for me as I do not use excel. I save the file and try to open it in open office and another mac program with mixed results. I could only open it with open office, but not all the data was there. it truncated on the 17th and failed to include the time sheet totals.

How about an option to save out in any other format, even if its RTF or text only. Or even to allow user to print to PDF?

We have a punch clock that punches cards in our factory. Is there any way that the personnel supervisor can just enter these values in the timesheets for employees on a weekly basis.

For instance Joe Worker has a Monday to Friday card that shows:

6

For the work week Monday through Friday. Can the supervisor enter in those values using the time component?
