Alas, klok stopped working for me, all I get is a blank screen with a smaller screen on top which is blank aswell.
I tried a reinstall, without success.
I uninstalled Klok and then installed it to a different directory, without success.
So I am lost here and I really really depend on it for my time tracking.
Thanks in advance for any help.

I have just encountered the exact same problem. My laptop crashed when the battery died on day. Upon re-starting, Klok won’t work. It hangs in the same manner as the previous poster. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. Nothing fixes the problem.
I’m on a Windows 8.1 system. Everything else works fine. The crash didn’t cause any other problems.

I’m having the same exact problem where my batter died also. Then, the moment I powered back up and tried re-starting Klok and am getting the same issues as the users above. Klok team… please advise!

This issue has literally driven me crazy. I have good news though I finally figured out how to fix this problem. If you’re using a PC follow these steps:
– 1) Completely uninstall Klok2
– 2) Navigate to “C: > Users > YourName > AppData > Roaming” and delete “ALL KLOK” folders within this directory
– 3) Download/Re-Install the Klok2.air application
I hope this helps everyone in this thread who have waited so patiently for a response.
