Visualize for a moment that some users in your environment did not configure regular back-ups of their Klok databases to a network location as suggested and your IT department did a company wide migration to a new domain…in the process overwriting some users local user accounts and completely wiping out their Klok databases. I know…could never happen…but imagine it did.
Luckily most users have been submitting data on a regular interval via the team connector, but users want their databases restored.
Yes, the IT migration team should fix this. But if they could not….
Is it possible to extract data from the team console database in a way that users can import their time into the empty Klok databases they are currently staring at?
