Hi, I tried to reach the tech support about this but never heard back from them. My problem is that, whenever I install the connector plug in on KLOK PRO, KLOK window closes but still runs on the background and there is no way to close it except to force close in on Task Manager. I tried both manual and automatic installation of the plug in and still no luck. I also tried reinstalling KLOK but still got the problem. Any help is highly appreciated!
