Hello,
I’m not sure if this belongs in this forum, or the 3rd Party forum, so I’m sorry if posting here is incorrect.
After registering Klock2, I’m attempting to run the Basecamp connector, but having some difficulty. I enter my Basecamp information into the connector, it connects, and then I try to press the Full Synchronization button. But, the “Synchronizing” bar just seems to sit on the screen continuously. I shut down Klock and tried to repeat this with the same result. My Basecamp shows about 20 projects and 5 closed projects, although we have been using our Basecamp for some time. The integration video doesn’t seem to indicate that this could be a long process, so I think it may have just locked up.
Should I expect this to take a while? Maybe I’m running into a known issue?
I’m on a Windows 7 machine with the latest update of Klock that appeared and Basecamp connector 1.0.0 Beta 5. Thank you in advance!
