I’m new to Klok but think that it’s a great product and extremely useful! However, I don’t understand the “archiving” function & can’t find any help for it. What does it do? Does it remove certain entries from the “live” database or what?
I ask the question as I have a problem in keeping track of what I have billed to clients and wonder if archiving is the answer. I need to be able to quickly & easily see at the end of a month that I have billed, say, the 30 hours to client A and don’t charge him again for the same time next month. If I could archive the hours I have billed but be able to call them back if necessary, that would be perfect.
Is this what archiving does? If not, how do other users solve this problem (assuming they have it of course!).
