Actual time vs Billed time

When billing I round my actual time up to get the time I bill for. Currently I use the Estimated time feature to keep track of the time I actually bill but there is no way of viewing the estimated time in a nice timesheet report. Is there any way to view the estimated time for my project over a period of time? Or does anyone have any other suggestions of other ways to accomplish this?
