Please try downloading and installing the latest version 2.0.3 manually by going to http://getklok.com/products.html and click the “Install Now” button. You may also download the file and launch it locally at http://getklok.com/downloads/Klok2.air. When downloading manually, sometimes the file will be renamed to .zip. Just rename it to .air and double click it to install.
