Subproject to Project

Is there a way to “upgrade” a sub-project to a project? Right now I have a project for proposals I write, with each proposal as a subproject–I’d like to be able to change them to Projects if I’m awarded a job.

Alternatively, is there a way to move sub-projects from one project to another? That way, I could just create a new project when I’m awarded a job, and keep the proposal part as a subproject (something I’d like to track independently anyway–)

Never mind–I figured out that it is just “drag and drop” but that you have to drag it to just the right spot or it doesn’t work.
