Snap needs to work on initial drop

When I initially drag a project onto the week view to log time, and I have “Auto-snapping” turned on to snap (say every 15 minutes), I would think that the default time block should also snap.
I do a lot of work in 15 minute increments (phone calls and such) so that’s what I have my default duration set to. Because the block doesn’t snap to 15 minutes, I can’t easily put it where
I need it, and because it’s so narrow its hard to move without resizing it to 0 which makes it impossible to move.
