skin reverts to default night after restart or update

I use the Blue skin and every time I boot or install an update the skin reverts back to the default night skin. When I go to reset it it shows that it is on the blue skin and i have to choose either the pink or green and one it changes I can change it back to the blue. I am running W7 64 bit Ultimate
