It would be greatly helpful if you could add the ability to shrink and enlarge the weekview time span size by using ‘CTRL’ + mousescroll.
Currently, you can scroll up and down in the weekview, top to bottom, using the mousescroller without any other shortcut key, but if you want to view the time stretched up and down, you have to use the slightly cumbersome side-scroller arrows. Using ‘CTRL’ or ‘Option'[mac] + mousescroll would be an added speed advantage, to stretch the time viewed.

Would that be a difficult feature to implement?
