Problem started a few days ago after an update. When opening Klok it freezes on the “schedule backup” screen and I cannot get anywhere. I’ve tried the “backup” and the “skip” choice and nothing. Very frustrated. Afraid to lose the data I’ve been tracking. I have attached a screenshot. PS: I whited out my project panel on the left..it does not look like that when I open Klok. And, I have a paid version.
I hope I don’t have to do a new install…please help!

Got my answer at the page above. I renamed the xml file liked suggested and was able to get it to load again. I made sure to backup before relying on it not freezing again! - AuthorPosts
