Help with location of Klok database

I am attempting to synchronise my Klok data via Dropbox so that I can enter time on either my PC or Mac.

I copied the klok db file to dropbox and followed the instructions to go to Tools>Preferences to change the file location to the dropbox folder.

However, I’m being asked to select one of these options:
– Backup and Replace or
– Use data from file in new location

Which should I select in this situation?
