Add Lunch time to preferences

Hi,

I’m lucky enough to take a hours lunch break every day.
Could this be built in as a preference so that if I dragged a project onto the timesheet and expanded it to a full day, it would automatically split it into one either side of the lunch break?

Related to this,

it would be good if you could flag a project as not being “billable” or something so that it wasn’t listed in your reports or totals for the day.
That way you could put in your lunch/coffee/smoke breaks or whatever and know what you did on a previous day, without throwing your current day totals out of whack.

I think this could be generalized as a recurring project. I’ve added a request for this feature today
