We thought that wasn’t a great way to do it too. So in version 2 we changed it so that on the project properties page, you enter a name and add a new subproject. You can do it as many times as you want to add multiple subprojects. (download the beta at http://klok.mcgraphix.com/klok/betaProgram.htm)
