Howdy!
What a neat program — it may just be what I’ve been looking for!
Question… When you look in the Project View or Timesheet, the duration doesn’t match the times I’ve noted. For example I have everything set to 10 minute blocks. If I input time from 11:00a to 11:20a, why is the duration reflecting .33? Duration is 20 minutes.
Another example is 10:30a to 11:20a. 50 minutes — but the duration notes: 12.83.
Duration should note the actual duration — shouldn’t it? I’m not clear where the duration numbers come from or how to make them display accurately to the duration noted as entered in 10 minute increments. I have preferences set for duration and snapping to 10 minutes…
The reports are then moot if they are not able to be note the correct duration to then be calculated against the quoted hourly rate.
Thanks in advance for your help!

The reason is to allow for easier calculations when summing up the values in spreadsheets. So, in your example of 20 minutes, the fractional equivalent is .33 hours (20/60) and the 12.83 is the equivalent of 12 hours, 50 minutes. 50 minutes is equivalent to .83 hours (50/60).
You could certainly argue that it should be the other way around, but I have had people request it both ways. I had to pick one or the other at the time.
