To Select decimal separator in Preferences

You must introduce a preference to select decimal separator as “,” or “.”

This feature is very important from countries that need to count numbers with “,” separator. For example from Spain, we use dot separator to thousands numbers and we must change all export files replacing that to “,” for decimals.

And will be better if you add a box in preferences to select quantity of decimal numbers to view (like this 0,00).
