We have had a few reports of this. If possible please download and install version 19 of Adobe Air until we can determine why this is happening.

Klok TeamWe are still working on Klok. We had some employee turnover that we had to deal with but we plan to get some new updates out soon.
Please try to update to the latest version of Adobe Air. We have seen similar performance issues with older versions.
The license keys are emailed at the time the order is placed.
Please check junk mail folders in case it was caught.If you cannot find it please open a ticket at support.getklok.com
You can install Klok on one pc and one laptop per license key as long as they are not used concurrently.

Klok TeamWe will be releasing a new update to the Teamwork Console within a week then the next update should be a bug fix update for Klok2.
