time never changes

Whenever I drag a project to the start button it starts up fine. Then, no matter how long the project is left open, when I close it the time is recorded at 5 minutes. I have to manually adjust the entry each time. Also, snapping does not seem to work. I experience the same symptoms as above. I am very disappointed that I paid for a product that does not seem to work.

This is certainly not correct.
Please open a ticket at support.getklok.com to get this issues resolved.

Same thing is happening here – time seems to start/stop at 2-5 minutes, no matter how long I leave it on. It shows as “Working on: Project 1” (with the stop sign).

It shows that the clock has been stopped in the Time Entries page, even though it never was.

Thankfully I am using the free version (but would buy the full version if it works).

Please let me know what the problem is asap.
