Connector – Klok 2.3.7 or Higher seems to hang if plugin is installed

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

If Klok 2.3.7 or higher hangs or does not open correctly and you have a plugin installed please follow the below steps:

To get Klok running again:
  1. Close Klok (including any Klok.exe processes that are running)
  2. Delete the Plugin Folder (see below for file location). NOTE: DELETE ONLY THE PLUGIN FOLDER.
  3. Restart Klok. You will need to download and reinstall the latest version of the plugin\connector you were using from www.getklok.com.

The default location of the “Plugin” Folder is different depending on your operating system. It is also a hidden folder so you may need to have your operating system “Show Hidden Files”

There is a known compatibility problem with older versions of some of the plugins.
